In "Star Trek: Discovery - Season Three," available now on Blu-ray, DVD, and Digital Download the final frontier gets a complete refit after one of the most hair-raising cliffhangers in the franchise's more than 50 years of storytelling!

In order to save all of existence, Michael Burnham (Sonequa Martin-Green) carries out a daring plan, but in the effort leaves her, and the crew of the Starship Discovery, stranded 930 years in the future.

Away from familiar territory, and facing the fact that their way of life in the Federation is now practically non-existent, Burnham, Saru (Doug Jones), Ensign Tilly (Mary Wiseman) and their intrepid shipmates must make new allies where few exist, and survive in a dangerous, lawless frontier in the hopes of inspiring Starfleet to pull itself together and return to its founding ideals. If the crew of the Discovery can plead their case and find ways to combat the real enemy, then they may stand a chance at a life in this new era; but first they will have to solve a crisis that has decimated space travel.

The widely popular "Star Trek" franchise has achieved new heights of popularity with the advent of the latest Paramount+ Original Series. Its third season continues to play closer to the tradition of past series, and proves that "Star Trek" has not only lived long but continued to prosper.

Season Three introduces new characters, including David Ajala as Cleveland Booker and Blu del Barrio as Adira, the franchise's first non-binary identified character, while giving us returning favorites like Michelle Yeoh as Philippa Georgiou. This season is among one of the most gratifying, and features something for every sci-fi fan who thinks they've seen it all.

The package also includes over two hours of special features that take you on set and behind the scenes of the continuing "Star Trek" adventure. "The Voyage of Season 3" reveals how the show's cast and creatives embarked on the arc for "Discovery"'s latest adventure. Series star Sonequa Martin-Green reveals the unique journey of her character Michael Burnham, while deleted scenes and a gag reel remind us just how human our adventurers truly are.
