PopUps: Jessica Lange Snubs Lea Michele at 'Freak Show' Premiere

"American Horror Story: Coven" may be over but star Jessica Lange proved over the weekend that she's still "the baddest witch in town."

During the "American Horror Story: Freak Show" premiere Sunday, which was held at the TCL Chinese Theater in Los Angeles, Lange gut wrenchingly snubbed actress Lea Michele who must have been confused and thought she was at the red carpet for a special "Glee" Halloween episode.

As Gawker points out, Michele, who doesn't appear to be on the fourth season of the Ryan Murphy created FX horror show (but you never know; there was a rumor), was posing for photos on the red carpet and lit up when she saw Lange heading her way.

But Lange B-lined it, passing right by the young actress, whose face went from :D to :'( in a heartbeat. You can actually pinpoint the exact second where Michele's soul is crushed and her excitement melts away and turns into pure heartbreak (it's at the 1:05 mark in the video below).

"American Horror: Freak Show," which stars Lange, premieres Wednesday at 10 p.m. on FX. You can read more about the season here and check out a more in depth feature about the show's Sunday red carpet premiere here.
