Female Force Focuses on "Funny Girl" Barbra Streisand

As part of their inspirational series of Female Force comics focusing on the lives of legendary women, Bluewater's Productions will be releasing a new comic book about the life of iconic singer-songwriter, author, actress, writer, film producer, director and activist Barbra Streisand.

"We wanted to showcase the strong women in today's society that have inspired generations and shaped the culture of today," Said publisher Darren G. Davis. Melissa Seymour writes the 32-page comic book with art by Manuel D�az. Female Force comic book series offers a broad examination of strong and influential women who are shaping modern history and culture. Bluewater has showcased other women's stories in the entertainment world in comic book format, such as Gloria Steinem, Hillary Clinton, Barbara Walters and Angelina Jolie.
