A Classy Dude's Cocktail for Father's Day

Just as we leap into that relaxed summer mode, there's the yearly drill: What do we get dad for Father's Day?
You can always go with the clich�d necktie or power tool, but this year why not get dad what he really wants...a decent cocktail.
In honor of our hard-working fathers, Kanon Organic Vodka has a recipe that's sure to make your dad kick back, relax, and enjoy the holiday.

A take on the White Russian, Kanon Organic Vodka combines the classic libation with some inspiration from the film "The Big Lebowski."
The Dude's Caucasian will inspire any father to throw on his bathrobe, sunglasses and bowling shoes.

Espresso vodka:
2 cups sugar?
2 split vanilla beans?
6 heaping tablespoons of ground espresso?
1 750-ml bottle Kanon Organic Vodka

In a drip coffeemaker, use the amount of water for 2 cups coffee to make an "intense" concentrated brew.
In a large container, combine vodka, sugar, vanilla beans, and hot espresso brew.
Place used espresso grounds in cheesecloth, add to mixture, and let steep for 24 hours.

Once ready to serve, pour the espresso vodka over rocks into a lowball glass.
Top with a drizzle of heavy cream and a splash of soda.
