Priobiotic Dessert

Probiotics are microorganisms that help our bodies by inhibiting toxic producing bacteria from affecting our intestinal balance. Think of them as natural pepto or antacids.
They help stimulate digestion and support the immune system.
They are added to many foods, but most of us think of yogurts and dietary supplements as ways to get this healthy kick in our diet.
There is a much tastier way to add probiotics into your diet, and it comes in the form of a frozen dessert.
